ATCO Projects operates with all required builder licensing and registered building practitioner accreditation. We also have public liability cover and HBCF Insurance. Our trades are licensed for their respective disciplines, and we work under the latest construction codes and local council requirements.
All site work is planned and executed with safety in mind, including fall protection, secure work zones, and material handling protocols. We comply with engineer documentation to obtain all required sign-offs before completing all milestone tasks.
We regularly liaise with certifiers, building inspectors, and strata representatives & consultants to ensure all documentation and reporting is current and suitable for recordkeeping.
